At Hudson Mode, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or returned without their original packaging or tags cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.

Once your return is received, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

We only provide a prepaid return label if the item you received was defective or incorrect.

There are no restocking fees. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD (United States Dollars).

Once the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Customers may also request an exchange or store credit, depending on availability.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange if the item is available.
