At Hudson Mode, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help make it right.

Return Period

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items you no longer want (e.g. wrong size or change of mind)
  • Size or color exchanges
  • Incorrect or defective products

Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or returned without original packaging or tags cannot be accepted.

Starting a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will send you the return address and instructions
  4. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  5. Ship the package via a carrier of your choice

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.

Once your return is received, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.
We only provide a prepaid return label if the item received was defective or incorrect.
No restocking fees are charged. For your own protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD (US dollars).
Once the refund is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Customers may also, depending on availability, request an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we're happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to item availability.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
