We currently ship our products exclusively within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, it is not currently possible to place an order through our store.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS or the trusted postal services of the Netherlands, offering affordable and reliable delivery throughout the country. In certain cases, we may use other trusted carriers that offer comparable service standards.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Times

Cutoff time
Orders placed before 10:00 PM New York (GMT-5) time are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Processing time — 1 to 2 business days
We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
This includes order confirmation, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Transit time — 5 to 8 business days
After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.

Total Delivery Time — 6 to 10 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days from the time of ordering.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, or is not picked up from a carrier's pickup point, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays). Should this happen, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you toward a solution.
