Delivery Areas
We currently ship our products only across the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, it is not possible to place an order through our store at this time.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS, the USA's trusted postal services, offering affordable and reliable delivery nationwide. In certain cases, we may use other trusted carriers that provide similar service standards.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Times

Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 10:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

Handling Time — 1 to 2 Business Day
We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business day (Monday–Friday).
This includes order confirmation, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time — 5 to 8 Business Days
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Total Delivery Time — 6 to 10 Business Days
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days from the time they are placed.

Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or is not collected from a carrier pick-up point, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays). If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
